SAME TEAM, NEW NAME: THE STORY BEHIND KAIA AESTHETICS

Luma Aesthetics is now Kaia Aesthetics. Same Registered Nurses, the same clinic on King Street, and the same approach to care you already know. Only the name and the identity around it have changed.
If you've noticed the shift already, in clinic, on Instagram, or in your inbox, this is the explanation behind it. And if you're discovering us for the first time as Kaia, this is a good place to understand what we stand for.
Why the name changed
A clinic's name should say something true about how it actually works. Over the years, our approach to aesthetic medicine settled into something clear and consistent, thorough consultation, a comprehensive full-face assessment, and a multi-modality approach built around each patient's individual features rather than a single trend or treatment. Kaia felt like a better reflection of that philosophy than our previous name did. This is a refinement of identity, not a change in ownership, team or clinical approach.
What's stayed exactly the same
Teah, Kirsty and Madison are still the Registered Nurses you'll see in clinic, with the same clinical backgrounds and the same commitment to safe, considered treatment planning. The King Street address hasn't moved. If you've booked with a particular nurse before, you can still book directly with them using their own booking link. The values behind every consultation, safety first, natural-looking results, and a genuine assessment before any treatment is discussed, haven't shifted either.
What's new
Beyond the name, you'll see a quieter, more considered visual identity, one we think finally matches the way we actually work. You'll also start to see the phrase we use to describe what we're aiming for across every treatment plan, refined yet unpretentious beauty. It's less a new look for the sake of it, and more a name and identity that finally fit.
If you knew us as Luma
Welcome back. Your history with us, your notes, your preferences, your treatment plan, hasn't gone anywhere. If you search for Luma Aesthetics Newcastle, you'll still find your way to the same clinic, simply under its new name. If it's been a while since your last visit, we'd genuinely love to see you again.
A quieter kind of consistency
Rebrands can feel like a business chasing something new. Ours is closer to the opposite, a name finally catching up to a team and a philosophy that were already settled. Nothing about your care changes because the sign out front has.
Book a consultation with your usual nurse, or with any member of the Kaia team, and pick up exactly where you left off.
